This model can be used for practicing central venipuncture. Trainees can correctly identify the locations of each vein, which enhances the sense of responsibility towards patients.

· Anatomy: Sternocleidomastoid muscle, clavicle, suprasternal fossa, xiphoid process, umbilicus, inguinal region

· Key Features:

1)       This model simulates an adult torso, extending from the neck to the upper 1/3 of the thighs; the model is positioned supine with the head tilted to the left side.

2)       Venipuncture can be performed on the internal jugular vein, external jugular vein, subclavian vein and femoral vein

3)       Carotid artery and femoral artery can be simulated
